Prosecutors delivered their rebuttal during Tyler Robinson’s pretrial hearing, arguing that Robinson’s disregard for human life was evident by his alleged decision to shoot Charlie Kirk during a crowded event. Prosecutors also presented evidence of Robinson’s hatred towards Kirk when they referred to texts sent to his roommate, Lance Twiggs, which included, “I’ve had enough of his hatred.
